How many limousines/party buses do you have?
What is a limousine bus or party bus?
It is a bus because of the size but still has the limousine wrap around seating and interior. They are equipped with TV’s, beautiful lighting, wet bars and a stereo system.
What color are your party buses?
All of our vehicles are black with gold trim.
What does fully loaded mean?
Fully loaded means you are going to party on board a REAL party bus. This includes all of the amenities. Take a look at our gallery and you'll see!

What are your hours of operation? Can I come in and see the party bus before I rent it?
In office hours are Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM / Friday 8 AM - 4 PM. Saturdays and Sundays are by appointment only.
We do request that you make an appointment any day that you'd like to come by as the buses could be out of the garage or being serviced.
Is there a minimum rental?
Yes, the minimum rental length is (4) four hours. You can increase this length, but the minimum is (4) four.
How far in advance can I reserve?
Wedding dates should be booked as soon as your date and venues are chosen. Popular months of May - September should take extra care to book early. Our mid-range vehicles are usually booked first as well. If your wedding party (including bride & groom) is in the range of 13-18 you should book early.
Do you count for garage time? IE - My rental starts when you leave your garage?
No, we do not charge for garage time. You are our customer, and we are servicing your event. You are not charge for the length of time it takes us to arrive at your pick up location.
Do you have a specific service area?
Yes, we service an area 50 miles from our 15139 zip code. However, we do not service transport to other states (Ohio, West Virginia, etc).
Do you do multiple pick ups and drop offs?
Yes, the rental time is yours to do with what you wish. There are certain situations where our bus will not able to drop you off directly outside of where you would like to go. Occasionally traffic patterns will prevent the bus from stopping on the street and holding up traffic. For example- East Carson Street in the Southside does not permit our buses to stop for any length of time on East Carson.
How much does it cost to rent a party bus?
It all depends on the occasion, the amount of time you rent, and the size bus you need. Complete the form here and we'll get you a quote!
How do I pay for a party bus?
We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, checks, money orders or cash. A deposit of $200.00 is required at booking and final payment is due two (2) weeks before the event. A credit card is required to complete the contract.
What is included in the price?
Fuel, chauffeur’s rate, on board beverages (soda & water, champagne for weddings) and taxes are all included in the price for your rental. Your time starts when we first pick you up and ends when we drop you off. We do not charge you for travel time nor is there any fuel surcharge. The chauffeur’s rate is included, however, we encourage all parties to tip their driver.
How do I reserve a party bus?
You need to call us at 412-606-9549 to reserve. It is $200.00 to reserve - we can take either cash, check or credit card. We do everything via email after we speak about the reservation. You will receive the terms & conditions, and the itinerary with your confirmation email. We need everything back at least TWO WEEKS before the rental along with the final payment. The payment will be ran on the card you provided at booking, unless you state otherwise. If you have any questions you can always reach us at 412-606-9549 or 412-820-2000.
Can you drink in the party bus?
Passengers of legal drinking age can drink in the party bus. You can bring whatever you like to drink - barring any type of keg. We do supply mixers & cups (Coke, Diet Coke, Water). Under-age drinkers
If my party size changes before my event can I upgrade/downgrade the size of my party bus?
Yes, as long as the schedule allows it.
Do you do airport transportation?
Unfortunately we not hold the permit to complete drop offs / pick ups at the airport.
Do you go to any area in the Pittsburgh/Surrounding Area(s)?
There are some areas that we do not go to. It is up to the driver's discretion as to where they will go or not.
What are the on board beverages?
Each and every trip is stocked with complimentary mixers (Coke & Diet Coke), bottles of water, and ice. You are welcome to bring on any of your own desired beverages. We offer two bottles of complimentary champagne to our wedding parties for a toast after the ceremony!
Can you smoke in the party bus?
Our limousines are smoke-free, but for your convenience your chauffeur will stop whenever you want.
Do chauffeurs require a special license?
Chauffeurs are required to have a commercial driver’s license (CDL) if the vehicle seats 16 or more passengers, including the driver. All of our drivers who drive the buses have CDL license with passenger endorsements.
How much do I need for a deposit?
A non-refundable deposit is due at booking and it is $200.00.
What is the cancellation policy?
If cancellation occurs from the renter, the renter understands that the $200.00 deposit is non-refundable. If the contract is cancelled after it is signed, TDF Limousine is still authorized to collect the remaining balance in full if the limousine/limousine bus was no re-rented again on the cancelled date for the same or higher amount.
What items are provided on the party bus and what should we bring with us?
We provide Coke, Diet Coke, bottles of water, plastic cups and ice for all parties. There are flat screen tv's on board that will play videos from a DVD! Also, all party buses come equipped with bluetooth/auxiliary port capable stereos for your listening enjoyment!
What if we have gone over our reservation time but want to keep the party going?
No problem! You may continue your party bus reservation provided that yours is the last reservation of the day or there are no other reservations that day for that vehicle. Just check with the driver and we will do everything possible to keep the party going. You will be required to sign an additional authorization form which spells out your means of payment. Over time hours are charged at a higher rate than normal hours.
Do you have any specials with any clubs/bars?
We can get you free entry into many of the bars in the Southside, Station Square and the Strip District. We cannot guarantee the free entry into any of these establishments if you or any of your guests are not properly dressed or intoxicated. In any of these instances we cannot be responsible if the establishment refuses your admittance. Check our specials tab for more details!
What if my friend breaks something/gets sick, etc. in the limousine bus?
As the renter, you are fully responsible for whomever you bring onto the rented vehicle. You, the renter, are responsible for everyone’s actions in the vehicle.
What do our Chauffeurs wear?
During weddings and proms our chauffeur’s are dressed beyond first class. Black tuxedo pants, white shirts, black tie and orange vests. During Night Outs, Sporting Events, any other events they are in a TDF Limo polo with black pants.
What if I have a problem during my trip and can’t get a hold of the driver?
Please call 412-606-9549 that number is on 24/7 365 days a year. We want your experience to be the best, so please do not hesitate to call.
What if a party bus breaks down?
We will do everything in our power to provide another vehicle as soon as possible to keep your event moving if we cannot provide another vehicle, you will only be charged for the time used.
How do I know who my driver will be?
About a week before the event you will get an email confirmation with your tentative driver’s name, number and a recap of your itinerary just to review everything. Due to scheduling we have the right to assign anyone of our drivers to your event.
